HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS TO YOU FOR CUSTOMIZATION OR REPAIR?
EASY! Send your project, a copy of your paid order/invoice and anything else you feel is pertinent to your project to:

NOTE: Any items that are considered firearms must include a copy of your current drivers license/identification and are to be shipped according to all local, state & federal laws
DO I NEED TO DISASSEMBLE MY FIREARMS PRIOR TO SHIPPING?
NO! However, do not send anything extra in with your firearms. For example, if you are getting stippling, we only need your frame (we will disassemble/reassemble it, we don't need the slide or anything else with it. Be sure to package your items reasonable and responsibly, and that all firearms and magazines are UNLOADED! Shipping a firearms in its factory case, or any other type of packaging that needs returned to you that is excessive to the size of the part being worked on may result in added shipping charges.
WILL I BE CONTACTED WHEN MY PROJECT IS COMPLETE?
YES! We will email you tracking information when your project is complete and heading back to you! We are happy to answer any questions we can for you via phone, email or social media and try to be as responsive as possible. Please keep in mind that any time we spend on status updates eats in to the time we have to actually complete projects.
DO YOU OFFER WORK, DESIGNS, OR SERVICES NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
YES! We offer a wide variety of designs & services. If there is something you are wanting done that we do not currently have listed on our website, please feel free to reach out via phone, email or social media to discuss your needs!
DO YOU DO TRANSFERS?
Currently we offer transfers on NFA items only (ie. silencers, sbr's, sbs's, aow's, machine guns) and do not do transfers on any other items.
DO YOU SELL FIREARMS AS WELL?
YES! We offer a wide variety of firearms, parts, accessories, optics and NFA items at competitive prices. Working with the largest distributors and manufacturers we are also able to special order anything we may not happen to currently have in stock. Most special order items arrive as soon as the next business day!
